“Séjour exceptionnel ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à l'Hôtel Monte à Rio. Un immense merci en particulier à Kauem à la réception pour son extrême gentillesse, sa bienveillance et son accueil si chaleureux. Son attention aux détails a rendu notre passage inoubliable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !”

“The area is not a safe area.My son left something in a safe. The safe would not after it was open. It took 2 days”

“Great place and laid back. Highly recommend eating the appetizers!”

“Checked in after midnight and the staff was great! Could see Cristo from my room”

“Very nice! The hotel is not located in the beach area, but is 1minutes way to the metro station, half an hour to the Ipanema! The service is good ,especially the breakfast!”

“Room maintenance: a black color tape next to the main door lock , door is not black color, looks like labeling my room is different, but found out the door paint is peel off so put a 10 cm black tape to cover. Very brilliant. Shower room door cannot close fully since the floor is cracked. 2. Efficiency: I would like to extend my room for one night, but asked Front desk the price is higher than I booked in Expedia, so I extended my booking in Expedia, had to wait for 15 mins for renewal the room……

“It is absolutely a beautiful unique house with a gorgeous garden… the room was very spatious and amazingly quiet. Communication was a little difficult breakfast basic and the room could be cleaner but it was my first visit to South America and am probably too much used to European standards”
